Marc-Andre Fleury returns to Penguins on PTO for ceremonial preseason send-off

The Penguins are bringing Marc-Andre Fleury back on a professional tryout for a ceremonial preseason appearance against the Blue Jackets on Sept. 27, 2025. The 40-year-old retired after 2024-25 and holds most franchise goalie records. GM Kyle Dubas framed it as a full-circle celebration for a player who helped deliver three Stanley Cups. Fleury will practice Friday and play portions of Saturday’s game at PPG Paints Arena.
